bala1000 .... don't pretend that you did not read about it on the other lotto BB. I don't know what your aim is in posting about it here, but don't play the idiot ... please.
For anyone that is not famil with the "system", just briefly:
the filthy scam artist who is pushing this crap provides a link (for 60 bucks) to an open source program, which will supposedly allow the buyer to hack into the lottery-corps' ticket database.
The buyer then is to change serial mumbers of a losing ticket to be able to validate it and cash it ...
It's pure bunk, it can't work even if someone was stupid enough to try it.
