How to open 'large' .BAT files

Quick Q:

can someone tell me which prog/editor will open a .2MB .DAT file?
My QBasic runs out of memory when I try.

alternately if you can recognize this, acr_0v.dat , and
tell me it if I can safely deleted it, that will do also.

this file appeared on my C drive very recently ... house cleaning

Sleep Manager is an application ACER install on their laptops to allow it to
hibernate.
The file c:\acr_0v.dat is a data file related to it. Basically this is where
it stores the hibernation info.

You can unistall Sleep Manager if you dont use it. Check out the ACER site
for more info on it.
