a wheel C(v,k,t,m)
one is m=t, how to convert it to m=k
for example:
4 if 4 of 6 in 10 number wheel C(10,6,4,4)
convert to
4 if 6 of 6 in 10 number wheel C(10,6,4,6)

C(10,6,4,4)<=20
2 3 5 6 7 8
1 3 7 8 9 10
1 2 4 6 8 9
1 2 3 4 5 10
4 5 6 7 9 10
2 3 4 6 7 10
1 3 4 5 7 9
2 3 4 8 9 10
1 2 5 7 8 10
3 5 6 8 9 10
1 2 3 6 7 9
2 4 5 7 8 9
1 3 4 5 6 8
1 2 5 6 9 10
1 4 6 7 8 10
2 3 4 5 6 9
1 5 6 7 8 9
1 2 3 6 8 10
3 4 5 7 8 10
1 2 4 7 9 10

C(10,6,4,6) = 3
1 2 5 6 9 10
1 2 4 6 7 10
3 4 5 7 8 9

anybody know it?
the relationship between them.

the relationship between them.

There is not relationship the way you describe it.

For both designs you shall start differently.

Start with the target parameter t=4.
10c4=210

For the 10,6,4,4 you generate
blocks of size 6 and mark the 4-tuplets that are
covered by each block
continue until all 4-tuplets are covered.

For the 10,6,4,6 follow the same procedure but you shall use the 10c6 to cover.
