How to contact site's admin for editing

Does anyone know where is a link to contact the site's administrator regarding editing a post?
Last time and quite long time ago when I checked about it there was a link below all posts for contacting site’s administrator, that looked like a part of the site's messaging system, or such….

I think you are referring to the report post to moderator link. It has been replaced with a triangle containing an exclamation mark.
