I would like to know how the "Universal Wheel Rating" is being calculated, the EXACT algoirithm so i can implemented it myself and compare any wheels I try to make myself.
I really believe that if this forum is (also) about wheeling (including development of wheels) the algorithm (and BETTER 'the code') for calculating the quality of a wheel should be free as it will encourage people to have a look for good wheels, something that can be benificial to all interested in lotto game.
So hereby I ask 'those who know' to share their knowledge.
