how to avoid conflict configurations of various filters to filter a lottery?
how to create a pattern where there may be conflict of filtering?

IMHO, Jack, it is impossible to avoid conflicts between filters. A filter cuts digits or combinations that meet the criterion to reduce the playable possibilities. A second filter is applied sequentially to further reduce the pool, and so it continues, with increasing odds of deleting winning digits or combinations. Trying to develop an algorithm to apply multiple filters simultaneously would get really complicated, really fast.

ok ice, is that the filters are taking numbers that would be drawn, that Noa is good, the ice could be created then filters with positional criteria?
