How many tickets can you buy at one time?

I was just looking at snides tickets and was wondering how many lines can you put on 1 ticket?
Where I buy/pik mine I can only have 6 tickets per play. If I want to buy more than that have to use another slip. The only thing I don't like is that we have this add on game called Tag which I play and then by buying more than 6 lines I have to get this tag again. It shows on the ticket weather you bought it or not. If it never came on the tickets I would not buy it, but that is why they do that...

Hi Sheba

here in Que our slips permit you to play up to 8 lines and it comes with a choice of playing the same numbers for Que 49 and also the Extra. But you do not have to and you can also play for 1 draw all the way up to 52 draws.

We can buy up to 10 draws in advance but still only 6 lines per slip. I would rather 10 Lines per slip. Perhaps I will put in a request for them to do that...

10 per slip in Ontario Sheba :agree: 10 draws advance play and either 6/49, Ont49 or both

You can play the Encore(Extra) for 10 draws in advance $1/draw.

Snide's ticket is from an old machine. They have newer machines now which print new tickets - still 10/slip for 6/49

5/slip for S7 :agree:

I'll add to this that over here we also have the replay option...Which means that you don't have to keep your slip...only your ticket the machine reads your ticket and reproduces it ....up to date...
Comes in handy when you can't find your slips...
Do you have this option elsewhere??

No  we don't (In Ontario) have anything that can replay a ticket like that. We have a subscription service - mail in the numbers and they will play them for 26-52-104 weeks. Winnings go into your bank account.

That replay option of yours is a great feature. :agree:

Maybe it doesn't matter at all but....After seeing Snides ticket I think that the Ontario's tickets are the worst looking ticket that I have ever seen...
Ours look much better...
But don't worry our Québec lotto office is the worst you could find as far as ''information and custommer services''

Yes, they were bad  The new ones are much nicer :agree: They have been installing the new machines for the past few months.

Geeeee...With that kind of look no wonder you can't play your own 3 lines in Super 7.... :dang: What a shame that goes to the discredit of your lotto office... :dang:

Don't remind me of that :burnt: I might hit in that lotto if I could wheel more tickets but not at 2x the price :bawl:

Hi Beak,

You can take your lottery ticket and ask to replay it here in Ont. You don't need a slip, I've been doing that for a few months now. :)

No, I never saw it advertised anywhere either, the lady at the lottery booth at one of the malls told me about it. :)

We have 9 selections per slip, advanced play up to 10 weeks also. Don't know about replaying tickets w/o slips as Maggie points out, will have to ask about that.

BCLC has this thing called Lotto Subscription as well, either 26,52 or 104 draws (BC49 or CN49). It applies to Quick Picks and Extra too. Winnings of less than $20 accumulate and BCLC auto-mails the $$ once the 'account' is $20 or more. :dizzy:

i got a different meaning from the headline, " how many tickets can you buy at one time,"...........

.....it has happened twice now, both last summer, that an individual attempted to purchase more tickets then a single retailer is allowed to sell at one time, without alarm bells going off somewhere......in an attempt to beat the provincial bc/49 and in another attempt to beat the keno game, an individual attempted to play $3,000 worth of tickets from one terminal.....when the total hit just over $1,200 in the case of bc/49 and just over $800 in the case of keno, the machine refused to accept further selection slips, and the retailer's telephone range............" Hello, this is the lottery police....."

......... .......labatt 50, in the quart bottles
