Just wondering how long 6/49 (Ontario) has been around and how many draws have taken place (give or take).

The info I have shows 10/01/97 for the first, and the last draw is #688 on 05/01/04

Lotto 6/49 has been in existence since June 12, 1982 and there have been 2,117 draws as of May 5, 2004. Ontario 49 is a different lottery.
