Didn't I say those guys (and gals) are good? 
Since I don't use AOL I wasn't famil with your prob but I have been a member on TechSupportGuy for about 3 years now. Have learned a lot from them about PC's, and when something screws up (usually because I get to tinkering) it's the first place I go. Often I can find the answer just by searching their forums. It's a HUGE site with more than 200K members and their post count is in the Millions! They're fairly quick with responses too, always someone around to help out ... lot of experienced and dedicated members there.
