Hi Kaoru

Welcome to the bulletin board.
It is my understanding that the upper tier prizes must be collected in person by the winner taking their ticket to the lottery commission office.

Here is all the info you need. in person prizes must be picked up at the toronto office if more than $50,000.00

All winning tickets must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date.
For on-line game winnings with a value up to and including $300, visit a participating OLGC lottery retailer. Also visit a retailer for INSTANT game winnings with a value up to and including $200.
Winning tickets with winnings up to $990 can be redeemed at all participating casinos and racetrack slot retailers.
For winnings with a value of less than $50,000, send your winning ticket to: P.O. Box 877, Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Can., P6A 5N5.
You may also collect your winnings in person at the OLGC Prize Office at 33 Bloor St. E., Toronto, ON.
Winnings with a value of $50,000 or more must be collected in person at the OLGC Prize Office in Toronto.
For your added protection, complete the ticket back and keep a photocopy of the ticket front.
It's also a good idea to sign your name on the back of the ticket at the time of purchase.
If you have any questions regarding winning tickets, please call OLGC Consumer Inquiries at 1-800-387-0098.
