Help with tec. documentation for software

Lottery software author need help with technical documentation (help file/manual) for lottery software program. Must be native english speaker and understand lottery terms.

Help file

I would offer to help, but I'm still working on my own. But what I can offer you, is a link to the shareware/freeware helpfile program that I am using. It works great, and is easy to use!

If you like HTML help, then you will have to find other helpfile authoring programs, but this one produces .hlp files.

Thanks, but I know how to make help file, I need someone to help with 'wording', I will compile HTML file.
