Graphs in posts

Is there a way to insert a graph in a post? In many cases, long lists of data are difficult to understand but inserting a graph (such as one generated by Excel) in a post could facilitate the understanding of data.

You are absolutely right Gilles .. graphs would be very helpful. Unfortunately a large image of that size cannot be put up via a post. But there may be other ways to do this like take a screen shot of the graph, post it on the web site and then make a link in the post to the graph? What format etc. are the graphs in?
