Got any health tips?

If my legs start to acke I get some goats milk and then they feel better.

I usually blend it with regular cows milk which makes the combo taste like the unpasturized milk I grew up with on a dairy farm.

A baking soda bath also takes away body oder.
Works better then anything else I know.

Also if anyone works out. If you don't know about Creatine it really helps recovery time. If you have tried it and it did not work you might want to cut back on Caffiene as it is a creatine antagonist.
