Just wondering if there are any dedicated Australian lottery players on this forum?

Would love to have a chat about lotto games and strategies.

AU method?

Hi,

I occasionally play TattsWednesday and TattsLotto (Saturday). Hit 4 numbers few times and more than half of the time hit 3 numbers. What I usually do is just by creating a pool of potential lines, let's say 1000 or more using critical binomial or markov chain from the previous draws then do manual filtering. Why only these 2, well they're the ones that give the best possibilities compare to others and at least able to return some of the investments while having fun :D .

1st step is only to select lines that only match 4 numbers hits from the history then select only 3 numbers match from the repeating triplets (search for triplet numbers in this forum). The next step is to remove all 3 numbers matches from the last draw (including the bonus numbers) and then remove all 4 numbers matches from the last 14 or 16 draws, or 2 decades (including the combination of bonus numbers) but keep 3 numbers matches. The last step is to hand-pick the lines according to my liking while keeping at least no 3 numbers or higher combinations repeated.

Tools I use mainly the MDIEditor and Lotto WE, LottoSelectorXLp.xls, LS2004.exe, CoverMaster.exe, markov.exe, triplet.xls, and other freeware, usually to narrow down my lines selection to 15 lines which I play most of the times (around A$7.50 per play).

Please don't ask me how I come to this, but this is from my long term observation on how the numbers tend to not to be for the next draw. Sounds confusing, well it is, sorry and good luck
:agree: .

That's pretty good going there. I never really applied mathematical strategies as I don't really play lotto that much, mostly play when OzLotto or Powerball jackpots.

I update lotto results regularly for a number of websites, so I do notice certain patterns such as repeated numbers and frequency of small and large.

From your first post, it has confused the hell out of me, but I'm interested in studying the results from the software you use and maybe apply my own strategy once I have my head around it all.

Do you play online or walk into a newsagent to buy tickets? I found it easiest to create an account and play online at OzLotteries.com.

Keep us posted on your winnings and thanks for the great post! :)

Hello mr_lb,
I have a few lottery systems put in place, 2 of them are for the Australian Tattslotto and Powerball. Feel free to check them out. You can also read about the RULC theory. It's all free and for anyone to use: http://www.liveemerald.com

i been trying to work a system out for the pools. and i see some very workable stats in the draw history.

i like to play a 12 game card and on most games have the top 20 numbers ie 38 -18 and the rest have only 1 number from the remaining numbers]

something like this

26 29 31 35 36 38
17 23 29 30 37 38
20 30 31 33 34 35
26 28 33 35 37 38
22 23 34 35 36 37
17 22 23 26 31 33
17 28 31 34 36 38
22 28 29 30 33 36
17 20 22 29 35 37
20 22 23 28 30 38
17 20 26 30 36 37
20 23 26 28 29 34

anyhow i had a decent resul about 2 weeks ago, got $26 return on my $6 entry fee.

of course im aiming for the jackpot and the pools isnt the best pot. but with the bias i feel is in the game im willing to go for it

g'day all,

I'm using LottoPro to pick numbers in both PowerBall and Saturday nights TattsLotto.

I've had a few decent wins since I started using it. couple of prizes of just over$100, a couple of $50, - $60 wins and several smaller wins.

I just pick my numbers with it's 'smart number' option.

Must say, I seem to be doing a tad better with LottoPro than I was just randomly picking my numbers.

Cheers,

Paul

hi savagegoose,

Yes, it downloads past history and runs predictions that can be tweaked by the user.

It also supports wheeling but I am not sure how to get it to play 'systems'
games.

I have had a few decent small wins since using it.

I suppose it's a fun way to pick the numbers if nothing else.

Cheers,

Paul.

ahh wheeling is basically a cut down systems entry.

u know our systems out here say a system 10 plays every combo of those 10 numbers.
well a wheel with 10 numbers isnt every combo, iif its a 3 if 6 wheel it will guantee a 3 hit if u get all 6 from you 10 no more .

wheels come at considerable less cost than a full system entry also called full wheels.

i used lottoxls or whatever its called for excel spead sheet, its pretty awsome .id like a program that sorta dumbs it downa ltle

Hi i'm new to the forum and to trying to use wheeling. I downloaded a couple of so called wheeling programs but couldnt make head nor tail of either of them.

the one i was interested in using is called lottowin.

I know of someone who has been wheeling for years and won 1st division years back.
