Babar: I made a mistake in language. What I meant to ask was is there a place where I could find a variety of wheels that I could use to wheel say any set of 5 numbers ranging from 17 numbers to choose from to 24 numbers in lines of 5 numbers. I hope that is a little clearer. Sometimes this early in the morning my mind doesn't say what I would like it to say.

I prefer random within ranges instead of wheels.

Wheels seem more of a limitation. Well, unless you are excluding some hot numbers, or wheeling numbers that you think are due.
