Anyway honesty has nothing to do with it, it's a lottery ticket. Just look at it. If the ticket isn't drawn up in pen/pencil or is printed on bad paper then don't buy it.
Common sense prevails when there's a possibility of getting ripped off.
Anyway I love quick picks and I wouldn't have any problem with buying them off someone who wanted to use the money to buy his own numbers.

game there was a heavy build man of native decent and everyone was crowding him to get tickets. He was just
raking in the dough and was smiling alot.
