What formula can I use in excel to transfer the numbers in column A1:A15 according the letters in columns B1-D15.

I have read this several times and it still doesn't make any sense at all. I presume others have done the same and gone away scratching their heads. Are you using secret codes you are not telling us about ?

What is A?
What is L ? H, I, J , K etc??????

example:- transfer number 19 ( where?) according to ABM ????
