Euromilliions changing.

Starting Tuesday May 10th Euromillions will be played twice per week, as a Tuesday draw will be introduced. The lucky star balls will be increased from 9 to 11 thus increasing the odds against winning the jackpot to 116 million to 1. This will inevitably lead to more roll overs and bigger jackpots.

Another prize tier will be introduced as there will be a prize for matching just 2 main numbers. This is expected to shorten the overall odds against winning any prize to from one in 24 to one in 13.

Hiya Frank, nice when any game offers more draws.

however, re-tooling games always favors the lotteries, not the players...they create a bigger beast cash cow:cow:

players will milk less chump change from it's teats:rolling:

with tough economic times, governments should reduce the cost of play...it would drum up more business.

if 25cent & 50cent bets were allowed on lottery games, I bet there would be more players & more players playing on a regular basis.

cheers!

im pretty sure sat also used to be 25c also , now its $2.60 for 4 lines, almost doubled.
it looks to me mon/wed here has become my most favorite game.

hiya savagegoose, cool...well that beats the hell out of pricing in $1 increments.

man it is crazy how lottery scratchers have expanded, some states go $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $20...what next $100, $250 raffle style?
