yeah, and I wonder if the dupe tix had a substantial wins, if the damn lottery would have honored them, or said tough luck, it was a glitch and maybe only payout for one.

Probably the latter...or maybe split the prize between the two tickets. I doubt they would be very happy about paying out twice.
