Welcome to the sixtieth draw of the 6/49 Number-Pickers Challenge. The draw will be held on Saturday, July 26th.

Rules:
Numbers will be selected for the UK National Lottery.
Each participant will submit 20 numbers for each draw.
New numbers must be submitted for each draw.
UK Lottery sales are cut off at 7:30 UST, so the post containing the numbers must be timestamped by 14:30 on the date of the draw.
If a player misses a draw, the average of all the players for that draw will be assigned as their score.

I think the question of whether its carefully chosen rubbish, will show up in ones average score over the past 60 games. I think 2.857 is the figure we need to beat to show better than random, (see my calculations after draw 2) but Icewynd's random may have other ideas.
