DOS command prompt

Why very occasionally while browsing this site , screen becomes totally blue for just a very moment and suddenly, like it has something with DOS command prompt or such, but it is blue screen instead of black?
And, after you post something , but latter still browsing this site. Does it happen to some more members of this forum?

Hi tomtom,
can't answer your question for sure but I am attributing this quirk to ..."slow loading" of the links involved. When I address this situation, I clear my browser. Once done, I don't have any 'blue screen' effects. Maybe this info will help then again maybe not. There doesn't seem to be any damage control needed.
