don't understand the wheeling stuff

I decided to play the lottery on a regular basis this year. I bought the Silver Lotto system but in 2 months I haven't won anything except free tickets. I play Fantasy 5 in Georgia, USA. It's 39 numbers and I picked the Fantasy 5 over the six number games for the better odds. I play at least $10 every 2 weeks, more if I can save up some change in between play dates.

I've been reading this forum and lotto logix and I don't really understand the wheeling systems. Where do I get the numbers to plug into the system?

I guess I'm not really mathematically inclined and that's why I can't understand the forums or the articles. A simple explanation would be appreciated!
