Woman bought a Lotto Max ticket and then lost it. She didn't even know that she had won until the lottery commission tracked her down and awarded her the $50 Million win!

They knew every detail about the ticket: time and store of purchase, total amount of the sale and that she had paid with a credit card. The winning ticket was sold with some other tickets totaling $16.00. There was only one purchase of $16.00 for that store on that day, and they were able to track the purchaser through her credit card.
