gemni, I use MS Excel and Lottoman to keep track. You can't get lottoman anywhere. I also use Lottery Director but don't keep the database updated.

I have heard the Gail Howard software is also good.

click here. Lottery Director (LDir) is DOS based software, I don't use it but those who do say it's very good. There's even a free version which is good to start with,
