Right I've been trying to test the Hot/Cold/Warm theories against past history of the UK 6/49 Lotto.
Obviously due to the nature of the game these "Sets" change regularly. I would like to apply a method that would distribute the numbers as evenly as possible (obviously again this will fluctuate!) across each set for each draw.
However I am struggling to achieve this without actually doing it manually for each draw, of course doing this manually for a back history will take an extremely long time!
I have tried applying MIN/AVERAGE/MAX formulas with little success, i.e. my Warm set is always heavier than the others!
My way of setting a cut off point so far has been to take the MIN from the MAX divide by 3 to create a range for each set (& each draw). The MIN set is then MIN+Range & the MAX, MAX-Range with all in between being WARM.
Can anybody offer any other methods for cut off points? (Plus maybe some formulas/notation for achieving!)
I am really struggling with this and would be very appreciative of any help/advice offered.
