Create a pick 2 - pick 6 wheel in Excel

Is there a formula or a macro to create your own wheels in excel and till a predetermine number of lines?????

Okay have found what I was looking for.

Now I want to know a excel formula to work out how many lines to generate for "XX" numbers.
I can play at the bookies 2 nrs +pb, 3 nrs + pb or I can play only 2 , 3, or 4 nrs only as I wish.
It will not be helpful to generate more lines than you could handle.

Any one please.
