Close, but no cigar

For the last Mega Million draw I picked these personal numbers
8-21-29-46-55 and 08 as red ball. Up came 9-22-28-47-54 and 08.
I will get a few $ for the red ball but missed any real payout by 1 for each
black ball. Has anybody ever been closer without winning real money?
