Can't Register

Have someone who says they cannot register?? He's saying Registration has been disabled, yet he is seeing new members. Can anyone help?

I think LT is very cautious due to negative experiences with trolls and spammers. I was able to register by sending an e-mail to LT -- see the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page.
