It was announced today that negotiations are under way involving both the dept of agriculture and the dept of health.
It was reported , that for every flu vaccine the americans receive, they must accept one cow.
It was also reported, since the Americans want our cows tested,
the Canadians are insisting of a rectal exam of all Americans crossing the border for flu vaccinations.
When asked why,, the dept of health responded " well we don't want to have just any a$$hole from the states cross into Canada".
A backlog at the border is anticapated since we have a shortage of rubber gloves.
