Thanks calif dude .. This shows that a good wheel of a 100.00 may be the way to go. I have been trying 50.00 and have won back 25.00 plus a lot of free tickets by making a smart wheel..I found it takes at least 50.00 to at least win 1 0r 3 (3 numbers) good job

Thank you, Skoaler. I am trying different wheels and methods every night trying to see if I can find the best way. It is difficult with Pick 5 keeping the amount bet to affordable levels. But, I agree that you need to really spend some money to win money even on the Pick 3/4.

I have put together lists on paper that I tracked for a couple of weeks and have been able to occaisionally come up with 4 of 5 combos and even 5 of 5 once in a while. There's no way I can afford that level of betting until the numbers hit. I've been concentrating on the rollover pots recently. I put together a list of 56 sets using 2 & 12 as keys and 22, 27, and 35 in the fields along with a few others. I only played five sets that I picked out of the 56 for the last couple of rollovers since 12-27 when I put together the list.
Tonight I had 3 3 of 5's and 2 replays from the five of 56 I played. You never know when those numbers will hit. If I played the full 56 sets it would have been a tidy payday. We have another rollover pot so I'll play half my winnings tomorrow. I try to keep my sets a little tighter than trying to shotgun larger fields of numbers.
