yup, when I try to predict doubles, if there are 3 doubles or less in the last 15 draws, and no recent doubles, then I'll probably shoot for doubles.

Of all the numbers 000 to 999, doubles represent about 20% of the numbers...so I figure that if there are 3 doubles in the last 15 draws, that represents 20% of the 15 draws.
