been out in remote areas and just noticed a new bc lottery called "payday".......pick 4 numbers from 1 - 77, and win 2,000 dollars every second week for 20 years (someone said there is an optional lump-sum payout as well).....on the same ticket, the computer generates 15 more picks for your $2.00 cost, with prizes ranging from $2 to $10,000.....the odds of 4/77 are actually pretty good...it is drawn once a week on thursdays, and i will be trying a few picks....some time ago Brad, on this board, mentioned that bc lottery, in their computer-generated provincial games, had a governor of some type on it, which some american states are also using and which, while apparently not against the rules and regulations of the bclc, made winning much more of a chore....i'll be contacting the bclc to query whether this is the case, and if this new game is subject to such a limitation....
