For security reason, we all hear about long line ups at the border (US/Canada). At the border in Windsor, they held our passports and made us to pull over and stepped out of the car.
The car was thoroughly searched inside for drugs, weapons, etc. Luggage were lined up on the ground and thoroughly sniffed by a dog. Then each one was brought over to the parked van and was checked by some sort of detector if not x rayed.
No time to make the dessert coming home very late from the concert at Casino Rama. I dumped all my ingredients into the pot and decided to make it at our destination.
Both guys talking while shaking hard close to their ears cans of Carnation evap milk listening for metal sounds or whatever. Labels could be faked you know. Took them a good few minutes before they let go of the cans.
They were pleasant to us the whole time though but I heard some were made to remove their shoes for checking.
