Best Bet & Worst Bet? Odds?

hi guys,

I've been trying to figure out a way of coming up with a best bet number (to be used as the DN). However, I have no such luck figuring that out.

Therefore, I gave that up.
right now, I'm trying to predict Worst Bet. I've been able to sucessfully pick one worst bet number that doesn't show up when I back test with lotto history. HOWEVER, sometimes, my WORST BET still turns out to be the winning number.

Therefore, I'm now confused, I don't know whether I've reallyfigured out a "system" of picking my WORST BET, or it was just because of the odds (42 possible worst bets outta 49 numbers) that's why it works for several draws, then doesn't work once, and then works for several draws again?

do you guys have any suggestion on picking a worst bet consistently ?? or there's no such thing at all? How do i know if I've found a "system", or it's just the odds that's been doing the tirck??

thanks a lot guys

Since you know XL
you can generate some table
of Hits for different Trials
as of the number of how many times
a numbers should have come up after n Trials
and then apply the function of CriticalBinomial
for the Alpha you do the test for and compare it.

As an example I'll use the following parameters and the CA_Su7 +B database

After 22 trials a number shall have
come up: = Probability*Trials ==>ie: 8/47*22=3.74

The CritBinom Function for these parameters and an Alpha of 95% gives you 7

At this point, if you check the database
the number 25 has Hit 10 Times after 22 Draws.

So for a confidence of 95% ( 95% of the time that event shall not happen)
this number should not hit on the upcoming draw.

So you can generate such tables and then decide if
these numbers that exceed these values will hit again.

It is not a foolproof system, but it is better than guessing!

You can also do the reverse for the numbers that have not come up x times.

I do use that test on LottoSelectorXL
under the method Critical Binomial"
