Hey guys I'm new to the scene and playing the Arizona/Ohio Fantasy 5...I was wondering what you guys would recommend for reading material on this subject? I've seen a lot about the Gail Howard book but am sort of skeptical.

What have you guys had success with? Any websites, books etc. would be appreciated :lphant:

Hi AZWinner,

Welcome aboard! :thumb:

One great place to start is to use the search button at the top of the page and search "Gail Howard" or related terms. There should be lots of information there about what other users think of her programs.

Another idea is to go to the "Tips & Strategies" board and read some of the posts there.

Good luck with your lotto studies!

Hey Icewynd,

Appreciate the welcome! I've been doing alot of reading around the forums but a lot of it just seems over my head at this point...I've been trying to find some sort of FAQ or guide that will explain basic terminology so that I can follow along more easily with people's strategies

Hi AZwinner, theres a lot to learn, and the info will cover may differing types of lottery, but the principles and the maths behind the statistics of lotteries are similar. If you browse some websites you will pick it up as you go along, and don't try and run until you can walk. This site :- http://www.lotto-logix.com/lotteryarticles.html

Covers lots of ideas and principles, but I f I were you I'd start at the bottom and work up the page.

My site http://www.lotterygen.co.uk/ covers some things people might want to monitor in a 6/49 lottery, other ball based lottos work in a similar way, its just the maths that changes. It helps if you like maths and understand some statistical stuff when you get into lottery studies !:thumb:

Just reading this forum and asking questions about anything someone is discussing can fast track you into a concept you were unaware of. It helps if you have mathematical tools or can use Excel so you can try out ideas for yourself.
Good luck.

hehehe. the luck part is integral to any system. systems wheels what ever increase your spread of available lucky days. at a cost. i see some thats main plan is to try and reduce that cost per ticket played, by winning lower division prizes. ie if you could win back your entry fee ea week, you would play at no cost, hoping to pull in the jackpot.
ive yet to see such a play in action. but figuring out your budget then playing to that with what ever system you come up with is a great start.

also a lot of old but good articles that have stood the test of time here. where i broke the ground into lotto systems play many years ago.
