Could someone in the community provide a list of the balls in a 49 ball lottery in order, by weight of paint, from the heaviest to the lightest.

Sure.

Balls 1-49 are all the same weight, checked and audited.

If they aren't , you have bias in your lotto.

Yes same weight but within certain tolerances.

And also the diameter of balls and the rebound of each ball are checked.

I posted quite some time ago an article by the Standard Council of Canada on ball testing to ensure there is no bias in balls in order to get random results.
