Are lottery commercials regulated?

I do not watch TV any much, but, it seems to me that every time that I turn it on, there is a lottery commercial….

Now, if there it was AT LEAST ONE pure bouncy balls game that has inexpensive combinations, like 50 cents, or even a dollar, reasonable odds like in a 6/42, or 6/45, or 6/36 for example that lead to a few big JP winners in ALMOST EACH DRAW, while JP carries less than or up to 50% of prizes money, good ALL prizes where if someone plays 10 tickets with some birthday numbers and won the lowest prize with some luck actually won something or AT LEAST didn’t lose money, and sure, not necessary playing any quick picks by any means, then, OK….

But, in an obvious absence or such game, commercials for possibly very high odds or high ticket prices, or both????? Or, for a something that may not have a JP winners for a long period of time?????

Or, to make question more clear, are there any acts available on the net regarding a lottery game licensing, advertising and such?

Regulations..

What you can do online with regards to lotteries are dictated by where you live.

If you're in the US, you have state AND federal guidlines to follow.

What you do is...get into line with the rest of us ducks and spend your money foolishly ...OR... use your intelligence when you play! The idea of games of chance is for you and I to lose. Regulate any form of gambling (?)
Now why on earth would any government want to realistically tax itself in any form that would reduce its monetary intake?...hmmmmm?
