Anyone of you here that lives in Texas and plays the new game Daily 4 with the "Sum it up" feature?

My question is that I don't quite understand it.Let's say if I dont get the right correct numbers, and the sum was 18 would I still win anything like $37?
Since I dont have a job now I came up with the idea to play Daily 4 day and night"twice" a day from Mon-Sat at the end of the week the minimum that I would win would be $37x2=$74x6=$444.But I would spend in total $11 a day playing so $11x6=$66 $444-$66=$378 a week in overall total.With winning $378 every week for 10 weeks I'll end up having $378x10=$3,780 in total.
I hope it works this way, of the rules of this game.I plan to use that money to play somewhat expensive Gail Howard's wheels.
