Any contradictory in a strategy aiming a JP only?

Does anybody have any calculations how badly a strategy seeking a JP only affect a chance for a 5+B hit? What I mean here is if I chose not to play a line spread of 45(for example) in the next several draws because it happed in the last draw, it probably somehow lowers my chances for a 5+B in the future draws…Or if I chose to avoid 4 decades from previous draw? I mean, a JP is a JP, but a couple of hundreds also means a fine yacht, fine 5.0L wheels, and a charming couple of months vacation, eh…
