respect is not a given but must be earned regardless of age .
Bullying, chest thumping, digs, paranoia, perverse enjoyment of p*ss*ng contests may be signs of old age but do not qualify for respect.

I'm not new, this is just my opinion ... will it get the predictable response? Nah ... just ignore it.
