I have looked at your spreadsheet and do not understand it.
I don’t know :-
1. What exactly is being counted or added. It’s is not clear which.
2. Where exactly is the result of that adding or counting placed?
3. What is the purpose of the question mark , there is no information to explain what you are doing.
More explanation required IN ONE SINGLE POST.

* converted into numbers from 01 to 42 in three columns (1x2)
* we have three columns column one (playing time at home) middle column (x) and column two
in each draw line there will be the sum of the markings
* the macro has look at the array from 01 to 42
the sum will always have 14, for 14 games of the teams
* each draw line will have a suit and the sum will always be 14
ex = column 1= 8 middle column (x)= 2, and column two= 4 then 8,2,4 = 14
