A question for Gilles

Am I wrong when I say that 92% of winning lines have delta numbers from 1 to 15? It seems like my delta numbers are no better than regular quik-pik tickets.

My understanding was that a delta of 1 was there 45% of the time and delta numbers of 2-15 were on another 45% of winning lines.That covered about 90% of the draws. I want your opinion of playing delta numbers.
