The number 53 on the "Venezia" wheel of the "Gioco Del Lotto" is missing for 164 draws.

There are already people loosing all they have betting on this number. It is estimated that around 60% of all the bets on all the wheels on the Italian "Gioco del Lotto" now contain this number.
The final assessment say that when the number is drawn the lotto company(state) is going to have to pay prizes in excess of 1.5 Thousands of Millions of Euro (1.5Billion for imperialists )!

Note that this game allows you to bet on a number the amount of money you want, and then has fixed payouts depending on your bets. For example you can bet 1 Euro on the 53 on the venezia wheel and if it is drawed you will win around 11Euro!

Moral of the story is: Don't bet your house because you will lose it! (Or Cold numbers can get colder )

In colorado certain balls/numbers were hitting to often. They found out over time some had chips or something. So they recalabrated the balls. That was manny years ago.
