Here are some 4/6 pairs wheels(i.e. 4/6 is guaranteed if
any two pairs are guessed correctly).

14 Number Wheeling System:

This system has some very good percentages even
though you are only playing 7 combination. If six of
your 14 numbers are drawn you will have at least 4
winning tickets with 3/6. You will have an 85% chance
of winning 4/6 and an 11%chance of 5/6.
